This website is operated by RuralEDGE Solutions, LLC, a Colorado company. DEPLOY is the technology practice of RuralEDGE Solutions. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to RuralEDGE Solutions, LLC and DEPLOY.

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the service area you're interested in, and your message about what we can help with.

When you schedule a consultation, you use a scheduling page provided by HubSpot, which collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and preferred meeting time.

Our website offers an optional AI-powered chat assistant. It is an automated tool, not a person, and its answers can be wrong. Before your first message we tell you this and ask you to confirm you understand. We record the date and time of that confirmation and the version of the notice you saw; this record contains no conversation content.

What we collect: the messages you type, the assistant's replies, the page you chatted from, and timestamps. If you choose to build a Technology Snapshot, we also store that short summary and any edits you make. You don't need to give your name, email or an account to chat.

Please don't share sensitive information: do not enter passwords or login details, payment card or bank information, Social Security numbers, patient or health records, or other sensitive or regulated data in the chat. The assistant automatically blocks some recognizable patterns, such as card numbers and access keys, but it cannot catch everything.

AI processing and retention: to generate responses and Technology Snapshots, messages are processed through Lovable's AI service and its underlying AI model provider. Lovable retains basic AI request records, such as timestamps, model information and usage, for up to 90 days. AI app context storage is disabled for this website, so those request records do not include the full chat messages or replies. The underlying AI provider may retain information separately for operational, safety or legal purposes under its applicable terms. Our application's own conversations and Technology Snapshots are automatically deleted 90 days after the last message. The assistant does not quote prices or make decisions about you.

Session persistence: a random secret key is stored in your browser so your conversation can continue on your next visit. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of that key, so other visitors cannot open your conversation. Clearing your browser's site data ends the link to your conversation. Choosing “New conversation” starts a separate conversation; the earlier one is kept under the retention schedule below.

How we use it: to answer your questions, to prepare for a consultation if you book one, to review the assistant's quality and safety, and to prevent abuse. To limit abuse we keep a scrambled version of your internet connection address for up to two days; we never store the address itself.

Retention and deletion: consent confirmation records are kept for up to three years as a record that the notice was shown, then deleted. To ask us to delete a conversation sooner, email compliance@deploybeyond.com with the approximate date and time you chatted and a short description of the topic, so we can locate it without you sharing anything sensitive.

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems automatically receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device type and the pages you visit. For spam prevention we store a one-way, scrambled version of your IP address alongside form submissions rather than the address itself.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, but only after you select Accept in our analytics cookie notice. Before you make a choice, or if you select Reject, Google Analytics does not load and analytics cookies are not set. You can change your preference at any time using the Cookie settings link in our website footer. We do not send the contents of contact forms or AI chat messages to Google Analytics.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, provide services you request, improve our website and protect the site against spam and misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on third-party providers that process information on our behalf to deliver their services, including:

Lovable, which hosts this website and provides its data storage and the AI service used by the chat assistant; HubSpot, which provides our consultation scheduling page and may be used as our customer relationship management (CRM) system; and Google, which provides website analytics.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You may ask us to review, correct or delete information you've submitted by emailing compliance@deploybeyond.com.

Our website links to other sites, such as RuralEDGE Solutions and our scheduling provider. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we're not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
